You can help those people, those communities, by giving them the internet.

The Role
As our next superstar Customer Service Agent you will help people in rural communities connect to and stay with one of the UKs fastest broadband providers.

A lot of these areas have never had access to reliable internet before so on the customer service team you will be helping people to do their weekly shop online, speak to their grandchildren in Australia and use Tinder for the first time.

You'll go through a comprehensive customer service training program so you have great product knowledge before being let loose on the general public. From there you'll jump on the phones assisting people with the sign up process, keeping them updated about works going on in their area and when they'll be connected (the most exciting part!) and troubleshooting if any problems arise once they do have the service.

This isn't a sales role! The key words here are "customer service" and that's what you need to be focused on providing. It's all about helping people get and stay connected.

The Candidate

As our new Customer Service Agent you should have a passion for getting to know people, problem solving and organising. We spend a lot of time getting to know our customers and so having a genuine interest in them and how they're going to use their new-found connectivity to the world is definitely going to make your day go quicker!

If you see yourself as a Sherlock Holmes in the making, able to take on information, investigate problems and solve them using your wits we'd like to hear from you!
A big part of your role will involve explaining telecoms products to members of the public and aiming to resolve their technical problems so if you get frustrated teaching your Mum how to use her new phone this probably isn't the role for you.

The Company
You'll be working in what is currently a small customer service team of 6 which needs to grow quickly to cope with the amount of people trying to sign up to their service. They are currently a little run off their feet but things should get back to normal once you join, though it's always going to be a lively, fast paced atmosphere.

As a whole the company have come on in leaps and bounds in the past 2 years, growing from 15 to over 150 members of staff in this time plus securing a large investment from the City. They are one of the big telecoms success stories and are looking for enthusiastic people to get on board now to carry on growing with them.
