The Opportunity
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join one of the UK's fastest growing telecommunications company based in Abingdon, Oxford.

This is an an opportunity for someone with outstanding Customer Service skills who feels they have more to give than their current role. We want you to be frustrated at the lack of opportunity you currently face and want to show your true value! The role
You will use your excellent customer service skills to deal with requests raised by our customer base. You will use your amazing organisational skills to schedule customer appointments and fault visits, overseeing and coordinating field teams so that they are clear on where they are going and who they are visiting. Our client provide superfast broadband to rural communities, and we need super talented Customer Advisors to provide a service as excellent as the product.

The Candidate
The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have good IT skills and be happy to use these on a daily basis. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal for dealing with our end customers. Customer service is the forefront of the business, so it goes without saying that you will shine in this area. We want you to be bright and ambitious! We will use these skills to develop you into a future key player in our projects team!

The Package
Paying a starting salary of £22k
Based in Abingdon
25 days holidays + bank holidays
