Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant to support external customers and liaise with the internal project team for a rapidly expanding telecoms company. Known for providing great customer service and being at the fore-front of the telecoms industry this is an exciting, dynamic workplace.

The Role
As the Customer Service Assistant you will be responsible for assisting customers through the process from sign up to completion. Reporting to the Head of Customer Care the main duties of the Customer Service Assistant role will include:
*analysing issues raised by customers, conducting root cause analysis and responding with a solution
*escalating the issue when required
*maintaining an excellent level of product and industry knowledge
*working closely with the project team and keeping customers updated about their workflow progression
*scheduling Field Engineers to support the customers where required

The Candidate
As a successful Customer Service Assistant applicant you must have at least 3 years' experience in a customer service role, have excellent verbal and written communication abilities and strong administrative skills. A background working within a telecoms environment would be seen as highly advantageous.

A degree (or equivalent) would be regarded as highly beneficial and you will need a good grasp of software packages such as MS Office and Salesforce.

The Customer Service Assistant will involve working in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment so you will be busy every day and there is the opportunity to constantly learn new skills.
