Operations Administrator
Paying £21k

The Role
Reporting to the Street Works Noticing & Permits Officer, the Operations Administrator will be responsible for applying for Notices and Permits, submitting traffic management applications, and upkeep of systems. The Project Office acts the as the hub for everything that goes on here so it is always bustling with people coming and going, all orchestrated by the Project Office Manager. You'll work closely with her and the other members of the PMO team to ensure the smooth running of all of our projects across the UK.

Responsibilities
The Operations Administrator will be responsible for:

*Raise Notices & Permits in line with programmes provided by Project Managers
*Ensuring timely opening and closure of notices and permits
*Monitor & report on status of submissions
*Chase up due & overdue submissions
*Liaise with Local Highway Authorities about Notice & Permit issues
*Update Project Managers with any issues
*General Project Coordination & Administration
*Have a basic working knowledge of the other roles within the Project Office and assist when necessary in supporting others in the delivery of the team objectives
*Ad hoc Project Administration support to projects if required

*Understanding of NRSWA & TMA acts is desirable but not essential
*Full training on Street Works systems will be provided
