The Opportunity

We're on the search for our new Operations Manager to take charge of our exciting Head Office facility. We're one of the fastest growing telecoms companies in the UK and need our environment to reflect that - this is where you come in!

The Role
As our new Operations Manager you'll be at the centre of a fast-paced, bustling telecoms company and it'll be your responsibility to ensure that runs like clockwork, working closely with senior management and overseeing a small facilities and front of house team.

We've recently invested our modern office space and you'll be a big part of making sure that it stays looking great; managing the facilities contractors (cleaners, florists and security), arranging for maintenance checks and repairs and staying on top of supplier contracts.

We also host a lot of internal and external meetings and part of your Operations Manager role will be acting as an Events Manager to coordinate diaries, arrange venues and manage suppliers. Alongside this comes management of our office expenditure and budget.

As the Operations Manager you will also offer administrative and reporting support to the senior management team especially around health and safety, financial and performance statistics.

The Candidate
Obviously the Operations Manager role is really multi-faceted so we're looking for someone with previous experience of running a busy office who isn't afraid to get stuck in to a wide variety of tasks to get the job done.

Strong administration, organisation and communication skills are a given at this level but we'd also like to see previous people management experience so you can be confident dealing with your own team. To be able to hit the ground running in our Operations Manager role you will need a financially astute attitude and a background managing a budget and dealing with supplier contracts.

Just as important as your professional skills is your personality. We're still a growing company and we need people who are happy to muck in and use their initiative to contribute to our continued success.

The Company
Not to brag but we are the next big thing in telecoms! As a whole the company have come on in leaps and bounds in the past 2 years, growing from 15 to over 150 members of staff in this time plus securing a large investment from the City.
