Role: Project Office Administrator
Location: Abingdon
Salary: £15,000

Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Office Administrator with strong Excel skills, to join this rapidly expanding technology company. You`ll be responsible for supporting the Project Office Manager and providing maintenance in the running of the Project Office capability. Looking for candidates who have administration experience, graduates or people who are qualified to an NVQ level in business administration or the equivalent.
The successful candidate will be somebody who strong organisational skills and an eye for detail. Must have a great telephone manner and communication skills.

The Role:
The Project Office Administrator will be responsible for the admin support of projects, upkeep of project systems, ensuring consistent standards and approach to project delivery, operational reporting and provision of information to/from other departments.

Looking for an administrator with knowledge of:
* Project Office day to day administration
* Microsoft Office Tools including; Excel, Word, Office 365 and Outlook.
* Document control
* Daily reporting
* Data entry
Desirable experience (although not necessary):
* Processing CDM H&S documentation
* Salesforce maintenance

The Candidate:
Looking for a candidate with excellent verbal, written and numerical skills, who's disciplined approach to problem solving allows them to resolve concerns quickly.
