We are looking for a New Business Coordinator/ Customer Service Administrator to carry out extensive reviews on new trade applications, based out of their head office in Accrington.

WHAT IS THE JOB DOING?

You will be an integral support to the sales function of the business, reporting directly into the Sales Operations Manager processing new trade account applications. As a brand ambassador of the company you will be the customer service point of contact within the business for new and existing trade customers having to deal with a range of queries surrounding their trade business relationship and trade account applications. The role will involve an extensive amount of online research in order to determine that a trade application meets the company criteria. You will also be tasked with carrying out trade account reviews to ensure that a customer's branding is befitting of the end branding of the company and closing trade accounts if the criteria is not met. Working in a close knit team you will be responsible for managing your own workload and liaising closely with the sales team to ensure customer service standards are met.


As a core member of the team, you will be expected to work independently and embody the company's core values as you act as representation of the brand. This is a really exciting opportunity which combines customer service and a passion for interior design.
