Salary: £15,600 pro rata (£8.00 per hour)


The Role:
As the Part Time Internal Sales Coordinator/Telesales Executive you will join a small sales support team and be responsible for providing internal sales, customer service and pricing for new and existing business. Based near Morley, West Yorkshire main duties will include:

* Dealing with incoming enquiries over the phone and taking order details
* Ensuring all customer enquiries are dealt with professionally and efficiently
* Provide quotes and pricing for clients and chasing these up accordingly
* Building relationships across a wide industry sector including education, healthcare, transport, manufacturing, leisure etc
* Maintaining and updating company database with customer details and orders
* Carrying out outbound calls to business clients to promote products
* Telesales calls to new and existing clients to increase business development

The Candidate:
A previous sales and customer service background is essential. The successful Internal Sales Coordinator must be able to demonstrate a professional telephone manner, strong interpersonal and communication skills. Computer literacy, including the use of Word, Excel and databases will be needed. This is a part-time permanent role to cover 3 full days a week covering Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday's.
