We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to assist an administration unit in providing support to a busy claims department.

WHAT IS THE JOB DOING?
Working in a fast paced administration department, the main duties of the role include:

*Dealing with initial claims enquiries and ensuring they are logged onto the system accurately and in a timely manner
*Managing the departments inbox, flagging any urgent requests with the relevant persons
*Working in line with set KPIs making sure tasks are completed with specified timeframes
*Fielding calls when appropriate for the claims department
*Managing postal requirements and general administration for the claims team
