Location:Birkenhead, Merseyside
Salary:£17-£21k basic salary plus benefits

The Role

Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit an experienced Construction Support Administrator to join a national insurances firm based in the Birkenhead, Merseyside area. Reporting directly into the Technical Administration Manager, you will be tasked with providing administrative support to a team of surveyors nationwide. The main duties of the role include:
*Filing technical documentation by clearly referencing architectural, structural and other technical documents
*Providing administrative function to MDIS including Risk Management Surveyors, Building Inspectors and Project Managers.
*Managing correspondence with clients, ensuring all information is correctly stored
*Responding to all queries from internal and external clients within a timely manner.
*Requesting, collating plot addresses from clients and chasing all outstanding information as required
*Managing Head Office supplies including RMS documents, marketing materials and office equipment
*Coordinating bookings/meetings within head office
*Providing adhoc support to Surveyors and Technical Administration Manager

The Candidate

The successful Construction Support Administrator will come from a construction background and have held a supporting role within the business. You must be knowledgeable in technical documentation, competent in the use of Microsoft packages and be a team player.
