The Role
Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for a Customer Account Handler/Customer Service/Administrator to deal with client enquiries and maintain databases and administration procedure for a commercial insurance company. Based in Birkenhead the main duties will include:
*Ensuring telephone calls are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner.
*Dealing with customer enquiries and managing incoming correspondence.
*Facilitating the administration of all necessary paperwork.
*Managing and updating all the current databases.
*Carrying out general office duties as required.

The Candidate
You should have previous administration or customer service experience and be confident dealing with business clients. Excellent verbal and written communication, organisation and word processing skills are essential for this role.
