WHAT IS THE JOB DOING?
As Trainee Account Handler you will be based in the fast paced Birkenhead, The Wirral, Merseyside head office, you will act as a point of contact for business and residential customers on basic dispute resolution issues. The duties of the role include:

*Providing administrative support to the DRS customer service team, processing new issues whilst adhering to warranty guidelines.
*Making relevant referrals to management or Technical Surveyors when appropriate
*Maintaining accurate company records ensuring all information is up to date
*Working towards customer satisfaction KPIS and maintain a professional competency throughout your work.

As a core member of the team, you will be expected to work autonomously. We will help you achieve your goals by regular appraisals and supported training.
