Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Account Executive that has demonstrated skills required in selling to medium size fleets to work for a Fleet Management company based in Birmingham.

Main duties will involve:

*Generating new business through outside sales activities and internal sales activities such as cold calls, prospecting and relationship building.
*Understand and demonstrate USP's that differentiate us from our competitors.
*Actively pursue leads provided by the internal sales team.
*Develop account plans for key accounts and partners to generate strategic relationships that result in sales within territory.
*Conduct daily inside and on-site sales with customers, following the company's sales process, including generating and qualifying leads, assessing opportunities and proposing and closing sales contracts.
*Meet or exceed monthly sales performance expectations.
*Report weekly forecast and customer sales.
*Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business
*Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
*Other duties as assigned.


Previous experience selling products or services on a business-to-business level is essential for this role. The successful Account Executive must be outgoing, self motivated, passionate and goal oriented. They must be energetic with excellent communication skills including active listening skills and the ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive. The Ability to understand corporate structures and identify key decision makers and determine the buying process. Excellent closing skills and must be able to cold call using effective spin selling techniques. Be a team player and a solid work ethic/work history. Highly diligent and tenacious, able to work on own initiative, disciplined, enthusiastic, resilient and possess good networking skills. Must be Flexible to respond to business needs, somebody who enjoys going out and finding their own business. Someone who is entrepreneurial and driven - looking at this opportunity as an entrepreneurial endeavor where success is up to your own productivity and relentless in asking for the business, have absolutely zero fear when it comes to this part of the sales process. This is a field based role so will require a full UK Driving License.
