Job Title: Centre Manager; Branch Manager
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Salary: £35-40k

The Role:
As the Centre Manager/Branch Manager overall leadership of a regional centre to ensure delivery of services and P&L targets are met. You will be responsible for supporting, motivating and leading a team to allow performance levels to continue. Based within the Birmingham area, the main duties will include:

*Ensuring the delivery of contracted services within budgets/levels
*Ensuring customer service meets and exceeds customers' expectations
*Ensuring a safe and compliant working environment is maintained
*Measuring performance against agreed KPI's
*Maximising centre growth opportunities by utilising available resource
*Resource planning, forecasting and managing business needs
*Managing and coaching direct reports to achieve monthly targets
*Managing and controlling costs with agreed budgets
*Leading, motivating and inspiring centre team
*Recruiting and supporting new team members
*Identifying and managing underperformance proactively in line with company policy
*Ensuring excellent customer service is maintain across the Centre
*Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers


The Candidate:
Previous experience within a Centre Manager/Branch Manager role where delivering to target is involved is essential. The successful Centre Manager must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage and motivate staff, manage P&L targets and have excellent communication skills. A related degree in Business/Science, or equivalent, is preferable. A solid Business Management background is required.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established business who aim to grow substantially over the next 3-5 years. They currently have 7 Centres in the UK and these are growing organically and through the addition of more sites. The Centre Managers are a key component to success of the business and is a hands-on business management position.
