The Role:
Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit a knowledgeable National Account Manager in the retail sector to join a busy team apart of a worldwide supplier of automotive electrical parts. Covering the Midlands area, reporting directly into the Head of Business Unit the main duties of the role include;
*Prospect potential new targeted accounts and develop new business relationships
*Priorities own workload and recognise potential new business
*Develop existing business relationships and pioneer business opportunities within those accounts
*Cultivate future opportunities with specialist national distributors, retailers, and e-business traders
*Actively increase profit margins and sales growth
*Planning account development in line with company distribution and supply chain strategy
*providing adhoc support to the Head of Business Unit

The Candidate:
The successful National Account Manager will have a background in supplying into the retail market and be competent in the use of Microsoft packages, in particular Microsoft Excel. You must be able to operate in a fast paced team orientated environment and be able to display strong negotiation skills. The ideal National Account Manager will be extremely organised and be able to provide a profitable return on business accounts.
