We are looking for an experienced Mail/Records Management Clerk to join a busy postroom based in Birmingham.


Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Mail/Records Management Clerk to join a busy postroom based in Birmingham. Main duties will involve:
* Sorting and distributing incoming post on a daily basis
* Dealing with franking and sorting outgoing mail and deliveries
* Responding to client requests and enquiries for delegating reprographic work
* Guillotining and binding of documents
* Managing all case records for departments to ensure records are raised and maintained efficiently

Previous experience within an office environment, ideally within the postroom and reprographics field, is required. The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate excellent attention to details and be of smart appearance.
