The role offers between 16k and 19k per annum.


Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit an Telecoms Customer Administrator for our client based in Solihull, Birmingham. Our client are one of the leading telecommunications companies in the UK and presents an exciting opportunity to join their team as they continue to grow. The role offers between 16k and 19k per annum.

Purpose of the role
Coordinate functions of order management, performing duties within job management and progression. Having end to end responsibility for job progression on our clients and partnering clients systems. Proactive job management enabling the customers required by date to be achieved. Act as an interface between the client and the Customer.

Key Responsibilities
 End to end responsibility for progression on Portal and FORCE
Interface with Customer and provide timely updates
Receive and review daily workstack over Portal
Plan works in conjunction with Supervisors/AOM. Update Portal and FORCE accordingly in line with Action Item time scale requirements
Request noticing opening times from CO Noticing Team
Provide timely noticing closing information to CO Noticing Team
Interface and receive order progression details from field supervisors
Input order progression on Portal and FORCE
Action Force Action Items as necessary (adding progress updates, setting status, completion)
Raise and validate date Change Requests (DCR)
Receive verbal CVI information from field and issue CVI e-mail requests to customer
Input CVI's on Fujitsu portal and relevant Virgin Media system
Receive ERS calls from CO and advise relevant supervisor for deployment of resource, update CO on ERS progress
HOLD management/ In progress Inactive AI review
Receive FPN detail from CO Noticing team, complete investigation and confirm liability

Experience
ï‚¡Experience of proactive coordination & developing relationships with key stakeholders
ï‚¡Customer service environment, preferably from the utilities industry
ï‚¡Knowledge of telecommunication or civil engineering desirable
ï‚¡Customer service training desirable
ï‚¡Computer literate, MS Office as well as experience managing databases
