Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for a Compliance & Quality Coordinator to work within a rapidly growing organisation based in Blackburn. Main duties will involve:
* Listening into, and auditing, a high volume of telephone calls to ensure compliance procedures are being adhered to
* Working with managers in various departments to ensure compliance and quality procedures are met
* Constantly striving to increase knowledge surrounding compliance regulations (FSA), auditing and quality control
* Proof reading websites and editing documents to ensure standards and regulation requirements are met
Previous experience within a financial services or insurance industry is required. The successful Compliance & Quality Coordinator must be able to demonstrate in understanding of FSA regulations and be able to deal with people at all levels.
