The Role

Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit a knowledgeable HR Administrator to join a market leading nationwide automotive dealership group to assist with the recent development of the business by providing administrative support to the HR Manager located in their Blackburn site. Reporting directly into the HR Manager, the main duties of the role include:
*Creating new employee starter packs and responding to employee queries
*Entering in new data on the database accurately in a timely manner
*producing letters, supporting documentation for reference requests and employee contracts and drawing up amendments for terms of business as requested
*Liaising with payroll team at head office to ensure all data is correct
*Administering the leaving process and ensuring exit interviews are conducted by line managers in line with HR regulations
*Acting as the first point of contact at the dealership regarding team member queries
*Ensuring line manager follow HR practices throughout the recruitment process
*Providing adhoc support to the HR Manager on site
*Some travel required for internal meetings in the Harrogate and Knaresborough area

The Candidate

The successful HR Administrator will have some knowledge of HR legislation and ideally be looking to develop a career in human resources. You must be a confident communicator and possesses excellent communication skills both written and verbally. The ideal HR Administrator will come from a HR background within the retail sector although this is not essential it would be considered highly advantageous. Exceptional organisational skills are essential.

The Client

Our client are an established nationwide automotive retailer of new and used vehicles of top car brands. They have recently experienced rapid growth within the company and are looking to recruit someone on a fixed term contract to facilitate this development.
