Job Title: HR Administrator/Training Coordinator
Location: Bolton
Salary: £18,000-£20,000
12 month fixed term contract

The Role:
As the HR Administrator/Training Coordinator you will provide full coordination and support for staff across 3 locations within a construction company. Based in Bolton, the main duties will include:

* Coordination and organisation of all staff training
* Coordination of apprentice program and ensuring training records are up to date
* Coordination of health screening program for all staff
* Implementation of new HR software package and ensure information is updated
* Administration for all mobile phone contracts and other service agreements for suppliers
* Updating and production of staff employee newsletters
* Responding to any enquiries quickly and efficiently and development of subcontractor databases

The Candidate:
Previous experience within a HR/Training support role and working knowledge of Microsoft Access is essential. The successful HR Administrator/Training Coordinator must be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with people at all levels, strong attention to details and knowledge of Sage HR software is preferable. Own transport is essential as travel across the other 2 sites will be required.
