JOB TITLE: Internal Communication Manager
(Fixed Term contract until 30th June 2017)

LOCATION: Bootle, Liverpool, Merseyside

SALARY: £34,739-£37,737 dependent upon experience

WORKING HOURS: 37 hours a week, flexi-time

Can you develop and execute new methods of internal communications? Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit a capable Internal Communications Manager to assist the Business Change Lead in the development of improved business performance within their Bootle, Liverpool, Merseyside head office.

A nationwide organisation with strong presence with not for profit business' who believe in the protection of vunerable groups. Concerned with the welfare of UK registered charities they provide guidance and support regarding charitable activities enabling the public to support not for profit groups with confidence. Currently they are undergoing a period of change and development in order to improve efficiency and policies within the business. They operate a flexible environment for its employees and utilise hot desking practices allowing staff to work from home when appropriate.


WHAT IS THE JOB DOING?


You will be tasked with working alongside the senior management team and HR division to identify and agree new and improved internal communications to promote the full benefits of the Transform Change Programme. Assisting the Business Change Lead in driving the consistency of two way communication in an organisation that operates across various locations. This is a hands-on role working collaboratively with change makers and business leaders to create and develop new engaging communication plans and products in a timely manner. You will be responsible for its continuous improvement ensuring there is ongoing performance analysis and feedback to ensure best results.

You must be confident and able to communicate and present to people of all different levels. You will be working together with a network of intranet content owners to deliver meaningful updates and using a range of methods to hone feedback techniques. You will be essential in supporting the business through a period of change and be expected to be able to provide expert advice to senior leaders within the business. Their work requires a high level of discretion and as such the teams are small and close knit with a friendly but fast paced working atmosphere.
You will be reporting into the Business Change Lead who has held this role for a number of years so is a fountain of knowledge and support with regards to the current internal communications and company culture.


A CIPR qualification or similar would be considered highly desirable but not essential.
