Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an enthusiastic Customer Service; Telesales Consultant to join a long standing close knit team of customer service professionals in the property market. With a strong marketing presence this role involves NO COLD CALLING and is predominantly responding to enquiries made by prospective customers looking to sell their property.

Between they have a range of skills and knowledge in their long standing team and provide services to their clients including; valuations, debt advice and relocation services as well as property sales as quick as a 48hour cash buy!
The Directors and Senior Managers have a wealth of experience in knowledge across the property market within house sales, property management, experts in the financial industry specifically in mortgages and debt management. There is a real team ethos across the organisation as a whole who believe in maintaining a positive working atmosphere in the work place, with their clients. Everyone has a "muck in" type of attitude and willingness to provide support within other areas of the business when needed.
This role has come about due to a long standing member of the team unfortunately taking long term leave due to illness, currently they are based in Totteridge but are in the process to moving into plush new offices in Basildon with the view to expand the team which is why this is a temp to per opportunity. Initially you will be required to provide immediate cover and given the opportunity to prove yourself and secure permeant employment.


WHAT IS THE JOB DOING?


Working in vibrant and energetic team your role will be to act as an initial point of contact for homeowners making an enquiry about a property sales. You will be responsible for qualifying the lead and driving conversion rates of warm leads into successful sales for the business. Initially you will be based out of the Totteridge office but will be moving over in December into their plus newly renovated offices in Basildon. Main duties of the role include:
*Responding to predominantly inbound enquires, analysing and qualifying leads
*Following up warm leads, showing empathy to understand their needs and discuss potential options available to them
*Keeping in touch with clients and discussing offers converting into sales
*Recording customer activity and ensure all files up to date and accurately track the progress of each sales
*Taking ownership of the sales process from start to finish, preparing and sending out legal documents ensuring they are completed within a timely manner

As a core member of the team, you will be expected to work autonomously and act as an ambassador for the company. This is a really exciting opportunity which combines customer service and sales to provide a unique service to customers in the property market.
