Job Title:Part Time HR Administrator (Borehamwood, Herts)
Salary:£18,000 - £20,000 take home salary for 30 hours a week

The Role
Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit a HR Administrator to be the first point of contact for all HR related queries and to ensure all HR information and data is up to date, complete and accurate. Based in Elstree, Borehamwood, the main duties will include:
* Compiling and issuing all new starter and leaver documentation
* Carrying out all HR administration around the employee lifecycle, including recruitment support, on-boarding, employee benefits, training and development
* Assisting the Manager with the recruitment process involving coordination of interviews and liaising with respective line managers and completing pre-employment checks
* Maintaining the HR information for staff and ensuring DBS checks are processed and monitored
* Producing reports and statistical information and data as required and within agreed deadlines
* Generating routing HR correspondence using standard formats
* Recording accurately absence and holiday data
* Working with finance and in particular payroll to improve systems/processes as required
* Production of maintenance of all staff files within Head Office
* Acting as primary point of contact for all employee related queries concerning HR and associated benefits

The Candidate
A proven HR administration background with excellent time management skills is essential. We are looking for someone with the ability to deal with people at all levels who is part qualified CIPD or equivalent. The successful HR Administrator will have excellent written & verbal communication skills and must demonstrate great attention to detail and accuracy. Own transport is preferred but not essential.

This role is a permanent position for 30 hours a week.
