Our client is of one of the largest telecoms companies in Britain and one of the most recognisable UK brands who have an urgent requirement to hire a Customer Relations Specialist. The role is paying £19k to £24k and will be based in Bradford. This role requires excellent customer service skills and substantial experience within a finance department of a large organisation, with high volume transaction experience, both face to face and over the telephone.


Job Description

Our client is of one of the largest telecoms companies in Britain and one of the most recognisable UK brands who have an urgent requirement to hire a Customer Relations Specialist. The role is paying £19k to £24k and will be based in Bradford. This role requires excellent customer service skills and substantial experience within a finance department of a large organisation, with high volume transaction experience, both face to face and over the telephone. Previous experience from shared service centre operations and Accounts Payable Processes are warmly welcomed.
Role Purpose
To support the improvement of relationships between the P2P team and key stakeholders / critical suppliers, to provide better communication channels, provide clarity on roles and responsibilities across the process, reduce query volumes and increase customer satisfaction and to review business wide compliance to P2P policies and procedures, identify key problem areas through data analysis and actively manage to drive increased efficiencies throughout the process
Main duties will involve:
*To support P2P Customer Relations Manager with day to day running of the team
*Manage relationships with critical suppliers through regular scheduled communications, including face to face, email and telephone channels
*Drive business compliance with P2P procedures through regular analysis of data, business interaction and education
*Liaise closely with Procurement and Install Planners to facilitate joined up approach to supplier / contractor management
*Actively manage any queries / issues escalated from suppliers, contractors or business contacts through to full resolution
*Ensure all customers receive a quality and professional service within service levels
*Contribute to the development of SLA and subsequent reporting to customers
*Support the day to day performance and customer perception of the operation through statistical management and understanding customer requirements
*Monitor and evaluate current processes within the team and across the business, with a view to identifying ways of improving
*Coach and develop individual members of the team to ensure they reach their maximum potential and performance
*Contribute to the shaping of new or improved procedure / application of policy
Collaborate with Management Accounts to understand End to End processes and drive simplification of processes
*Monitor and support resolution of non-compliance, complaint and critical management issue, escalating to the Customer Relations - Operation Manager as appropriate and ensure causes and outcomes are fed into the continuous improvement process

Previous experience within the finance department of a large organisation or substantial experience of the accounts payable processes is necessary for this role. A Customer Service qualification and previous experience of a shared service centre operations environment would be desirable
