(Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 9:30am-4pm)

The Role

Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator to join a nationwide, established civil engineering firm based in their busy Bredbury, Stockport office. The main duties of the role include:
*Managing the purchase ledger; inputting purchase invoices
*Resolving any queries regarding purchase invoices
*Providing assistance to the payroll, collating timesheets
*Maintaining general filing system and entering in new data
*Corresponding with clients via telephone and email
*Acting as the initial point of contact for general enquiries
*Liaising with head office and occasional off site visits

The Candidate

The ideal Office Administrator will be experienced in processing invoices and be used to working in a fast paced office. You must possess excellent organisation and communication skills both written and verbally. The successful Office Administrator will be confident in the use of Microsoft packages and have an understanding of purchase ledger.
