Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Team Administrator to join a busy regional office near Winterbourne, Bristol. Main duties will involve:
* Providing full administrative support to members of the Regional Team
* Dealing professionally and efficiently with telephone calls, faxes, emails and post enquiries
* Assisting in the development implementation and maintenance of IT within the administration department
* Maintaining and updating departmental databases
* Assisting in making travel arrangements, including booking flights, trains and accommodation as needed for members of the team
* Coordinating regional event coordination as required
* Processing CRB checks for new and existing staff

Previous administration experience with a working knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook is essential. The successful Team Administrator must be able to demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised, excellent telephone manner and able to manage a busy workload. Flexibility to travel and attend meeting and events nationwide is a requirement for this role so a full UK driving licence is essential.
