Location: Nr Barton, Cambridge
Salary: £25,000 plus benefits

The Role:
As the Administrator you will provide administration support to a regional office. Based within the Cambridge area, the main duties will include:
* Ensuring all collection/delivery information is processed in a timely manner
* Sales, Purchase and Haulage invoice printing, posting and emailing
* Printing of client contracts as required
* Dealing with supplier/customer invoice and payment queries
* Assisting with the administration of the fleet of vehicles as required
* General filing and dealing with incoming/outgoing post
* Providing holiday cover for other general administration duties as required
* Assisting in the management of company fleet


The Candidate:
Previous administration experience is required for this role. The successful Administrator must be able to demonstrate the ability to organise own workload with excellent attention to detail and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Logistics experience is preferred but not essential. Own transport is required due to location.
