We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to provide general administrative support to a busy transport department.

WHAT IS THE JOB DOING?
Working in a fast paced transport and logistics department you will be responsible for:

*Data entry tasks- entering in data onto the in-house system in a timely manner but also paying attention to detail and updating the excel spreadsheet accordingly
*Assisting Transport Planners during busy periods by liaising with supplier and customers as instructed
*Supporting the fleet department, engaging with contract hauliers and completing adhoc administration
*Ensuring prompt collection of missing produce and invoices from suppliers
