The Opportunity

We're looking for a Service Administrator to coordinate great after sales service for our high-profile business customers across the UK. In return you will work in a close knit team who strive to make a real difference to their clients.

The Role
As the Service Administrator you will work closely with some of the UK's most iconic buildings to ensure they keep running as efficiently as possible. You will be responsible for scheduling servicing and arranging repairs for clients to ensure our equipment shows them off to the best of their ability.

You will work closely with the internal teams, external Engineers and contractors to coordinate the projects. It'll be faced paced, technical and very customer-orientated so you need to be able to thrive in that environment.

You'll be given lots of product training for the Service Administrator role so a technical background isn't all important, you just need to be confident arranging Engineers diaries, managing those alongside customer's schedules and keeping accurate reports.

The Candidate

If you've previously worked in a Customer Service environment that would be really helpful and obviously any experience scheduling Engineers would be viewed as highly beneficial.
A degree (or equivalent) would be viewed as beneficial.

What you do need is a friendly personality, great telephone manner and good IT skills.
