Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to support the Director in ensuring performance is monitored and developed across multiple sites. This role is based in Chorley and will involve occasional travel across the UK. Main duties will involve:
* Assist in the start up processes and preparation for projects including analysing capacity and financials for current and planned projects
* Liaison with Head Office and site departments to ensure best practice is met and encourage teamwork
* Analysis of cost and ROI for new and current projects
* Provide accurate and effective data analysis continuously and on an ad hoc basis
* Develop and implement Management information reporting solutions in line with business requirements
* Ensuring forecasting, balance sheets and P&L are monitored
* Assisting with study projects and ensuring relationships across all sites are developed
* Identifying and offering solutions across sites if performance and objectives are not being met
* Performance analysis and troubleshooting to support underperforming sites as required
Previous operation coordination background with experience of dealing with P&L and forecasting responsibilities is essential for this role. The successful Operations Coordinator must be able to demonstrate the ability to monitor and enhance KPI performance, have strong financial and business planning skills and have the ability to build strong working relationships across multiple sites. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential for this role.
