The Role

Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join a national insurances firm to work out of one of their regional offices in the Whitechapel, Central London area. Working in a standalone role, independently, you will be reporting into the Liverpool head office, the main duties of the role include:
*Providing administrative support to Surveyors, Building Inspectors and Project Coordinators in the area.
*Managing correspondence with clients, ensuring all information is correctly stored
*Responding to all queries from internal and external clients within a timely manner
*Coordinating appointments for Initial Developer Assessments and Initial Site Risk Assessments
*Requesting, collating relevant information from clients and chasing all outstanding information as required
*Sourcing venues for client meetings, coordinating the refreshments, equipment required and transportation for attendees.
*Maintaining accurate company records ensuring all information is up to date
*Printing cover notes, copies and ensure the relevant personnel have copies


The Candidate

The ideal Administrator will have held an administrative support role within a commercial environment before and be able to demonstrate the ability to work independently. You must be competent in the use of Microsoft packages and be proactive and self-motivated, as much of the time you may be the only person in the office. The successful Administrator will be a confident communicator both written and verbally.
