The Role

Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Agency Account Manager to manage a portfolio of existing accounts and develop new relationships with other display marketing agencies to boost the profile of the company and increase the volume of leads produced. Based out of their Central London office the main duties of the role include:
*Assisting the sales team in achieving overall team goals by improving website profiles
*Prospecting and creating new business relationships with media agencies
*Developing long term business relationships with existing accounts to increase customer retention
*Explain the technology used and how it works to prospective agencies
*Display an understanding of the market place and ability to understand market trends
*Identifying they key factors of successful marketing campaigns and areas for improvement
*Contribute towards quarterly revenue target

The Candidate

The successful Agency Account Manager must have a strong background in digital media sales and possess excellent communication skills, comfortable in negotiating with individuals at all levels. You must be able to demonstrate a history of driving new business and display a passion for new media/ advertising with a strong desire to succeed. The ideal Agency Account Manager should be comfortable in delivering strong results in a small dynamic team environment.
