Office Administrator/Assistant to Executive Assistant

The Role
As an Office Administrator/Assistant to Executive Assistant working for a leading IT, Communications & Technology Company you will be responsible for the daily administration support to the office and the Directors office. You will be part of a forward thinking, dynamic, unique and growing technology company and will have previous administration experience, excellent communication skills and have the ability to work on your own initiative. You will be reporting into the CEO's Executive Assistant and the Managing Director and will be involved in the following duties:

*General office administration such as filing, printing, photocopying, posting, faxing documents and putting together sales packs
*Meeting and greeting visitors and offering them refreshments, ensuring that meeting rooms are prepared
*Organising travel and accommodation
* Stock taking, ordering and managing the supplier relationships for stationary, office equipment, furniture, company cars, mobile contracts etc
*Assisting with managing events and coordinating meetings both internal and external
*General office management when required such as maintaining the store cupboards, stationary, kitchen
*Ensuring that an up to date list of all suppliers and contacts is kept including contracts, service agreements and warrantees
*Ad hoc errands and tasks

The Requirements
As an Office Administrator/Assistant to Executive Assistant you will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. You will be a strong communicator both written and verbal, well presented with a high attention to detail. You will be an excellent organiser and have the ability to multitask and prioritise. You will have solid IT skills including Outlook, Excel and Word and any experience of CRM or Prezi is advantageous. You will be ambitious, enthusiastic and have the passion to get stuck in with a good team spirit. This role is suited to someone with strong administrational/secretarial support experience looking to grow into a PA to Managing Director position.
