Location: Central London
Salary: £35k - £38k (dependent upon experience)

The Role
Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an Office Manager/PA to oversee the day to day operations, including soft facilities management, for the office and assisting members of the senior management team within a specialist media company based in Central London. This is a fast-paced, demanding role and main duties will include:
*managing the diary of the Managing Director, Head of Production and Financial Controller including meeting arrangements, travel and accommodation
*being responsible for all facilities management at Head Office and other premises around the country including leases, insurance, alarms, health and safety and outsourced IT contracts
*setting up new work spaces for temporary contractors and, once projects are completed, closing down these stations in both Head Office and satellite offices throughout the UK *negotiating with suppliers to ensure maximum ROI on all contracts and stock
*maintaining databases to ensure all products are used according to licence
*overseeing office stock control
*organising the work of a Runner and the Receptionist

The Candidate
As a successful Office Manager/PA applicant you must be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar position within an SME or entrepreneurial organisation, and be keen to take on a fast-paced, hands-on role. A background working within a creative environment such as media, advertising or television is essential. You must have experience overseeing the running of a busy office including all maintenance contracts, building leases and various outsourced services whilst being able to confidently manage several senior-level diaries. With excellent verbal and written communication and organisation skills you should also be adapt at problem solving and negotiating and want to develop your career within a close knit team.
