Project Administrator

Based in Central London
Tube Moorgate/Liverpool Street
Must be able to go through clearance process ( CRB and Financial checks )

The Role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to work alongside and support our site manager and residential engineers on one of our clients key customer sites, who are a large financial Institution, on a long term rolling contract basis.

The Candidate
The Project Administrator will have;

*Strong PC skills: Including MS Word/Excel/Outlook and other Data Bases such as Google Docs ,Teamwork, Brady Label mark
*Good communication skills
*Self and time and management skills
*Ability to interact with Clients.
*Track record of working in high pressure environment.
*Ability to follow a strict work flow process
*Ability to work as part of a Team
*Ability to multi task / co-ordinate and track multiple activities.
*Liaison with suppliers on costs of materials
*Able to go through LSE clearance process ( CRB and Financial checks )

Desireable
*Worked previously for a technology based/electrical company so understanding of the business in regards to materials.

The Company
The Project Administrator will work for our client who are on the forefront of network infrastructure design, installation and support services. This particular contract is working for a large well known financial Institution

Hours of Work
40 hour week, Mon- Fri 9am-5pm
Based in Central London
Tube Moorgate/Liverpool Street
