We're a well-established university looking for a personable Receptionist/ Administrator to create a great first impression to anyone that comes through our doors, based in central London. We provide a great place to work and study and are looking for people to reflect that on site.

The Role

In your new Receptionist/ Administrator role you'll be our ambassador for everyone coming into the university. We pride ourselves on our friendly and efficient atmosphere and you'll be key to getting this across.

Alongside general front of house duties meeting and greeting visitors, directing phone calls, managing post, coordinating room bookings, equipment, refreshments and supplies team helping to coordinate room bookings, equipment and supplies, you will also be an integral part of the administration team. You will be tasked with providing the legal team with administration support; from filing legal documents, raising contracts and providing adhoc support to the Director of Legal Affairs. This can range from providing diary management support, making international travel/ accommodation arrangements, updating itineraries, and running occasional errands off site such as the purchase of goods with petty cash or posting urgent mail at the Post Office etc.


The Candidate
If you're a friendly person with Reception and strong administrative skills then we would love to hear from you!

Given the fact that we're a university a background working in a similar education environment would be an advantage as well as experience in legal documentation, but we're keen to consider anyone with a great attitude plus strong customer service, communication, time management and attention to detail!

As our new Receptionist/ Administrator you will need to know your way around a computer, have a good telephone manner and be professional at all times.
