Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Internal Sales/Bid Coordinator to work for a growing manufacturing company in Coventry. Main duties will involve:

* Validating and ensuring all proposals are technically acceptable
* Pulling all proposals/tenders together for repeat and new orders
* Meeting customer requirements and costing in accordance with company procedures
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure requirements are met
* Logging all tenders and proposals and chasing up where necessary

Previous internal sales/quotation experience within a manufacturing industry is essential. The successful Internal Sales/Bid Coordinator must be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and good working knowledge of Word and Excel. A HNC in an Engineering discipline, or equivalent, is required.
