Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for a Temporary Registered Team Manager (Home Care) to manage the provision an effective Home Care service in Darlington. Main duties will involve:
* Management of the Home Care team to ensure an efficient and effective operation to a range of service users
* Managing the staff and purchasing budget
* Lead on activities relating to registration requirements and take on the role of Registered Manager with the NCSC
* Oversee the induction, training and assessment of all staff within the Home Care service
* Represent the department in meetings as required
* Responsible for ensuring strategic decisions are operationally implemented

Previous experience of working at Management level within the Home Care Services and budget management experience is essential for this role. The successful Team Manager must be able to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and have the ability to communicate at all levels. A degree, or equivalent qualification in Social/Health Care or relevant field is required. Due to the nature of the work an up-to-date CRB certificate is a pre-requisite.
