Job Title: Administration Manager/PA to Managing Director
Location: Sandycroft, Deeside
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000

The Role:
As the Operations Administrator/Administration Manager/PA you will join a small well-established company and provides a key role within the business in sharing and facilitating a number of key strategic activities, both current and proposed, across the whole company. Based in Sandycroft, Deeside main duties will include:

*Working for and with the Managing Director in helping implement and drive the business growth initiatives and advancements
*Improving the performance quality productivity and efficiency of all departmental standards through provision and policing of effective systems and processes
*Working with external providers to help coordinate ISO Quality Health and Safety and Environmental standards
*Helping to drive and monitor our total business Health and Safety performance
*Assisting in recruitment and selection at various levels and HR associated administration and evaluation
*Attendance reporting & analysis and maintenance of CRM systems
*Planning and coordination of training and training records
*Coordination of MD's diary and monthly activity
*Working with the Managing Director on evaluation of new sites, new employers and new business opportunities


The Candidate:
A previous administration background with a strong track record in efficient and effective planning and coordination at a senior level is essential. Previous experience of working with external training providers and auditors is essential, preferably with ISO. The successful Administrator/PA must be able to demonstrate a professional telephone manner, strong interpersonal and communication skills. Computer literacy, including the use of Word, Excel and databases will be needed.
