Job Title: German Speaking Customer Service Advisor (Deeside, Chester, Cheshire)

The Role

Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit a German speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a team that offer a pro-active and professional service to their customers. The main duties will include:

* Acting as first point of contact for client's via email and telephone
* Processing order details onto the system and liaison with key customers
* Dealing with all order related queries and liaising with distribution partners and warehousing as required
* Ensuring customers are updated at all times
* Advising and supporting the Manager as required
* Ensuring SAP database is maintain and updated
* Ensuring customer service levels and standards are maintained at all times


The Candidate

A proficient and fluent communicator, both verbal and written, in English and German is essential. We are looking for someone who has proven work experience within a customer service environment, preferably within a distribution or office environment. The successful Customer Service Advisor will have excellent written & verbal communication skills and working knowledge of IT Systems. SAP is preferred but not essential. Due to location, a full UK Driving Licence is needed.

This is a key role within the Customer Service team and requires someone who is passionate and enthusiastic about dealing with clients at all levels.
