Job Title:Business Development Executive
Location:Derby covering the East Midlands territory
Salary:£25-£35k basic salary + car allowance + bonus
(REALISTIC OTE APPROXIMATELY £50k)

The Role

Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit a knowledgeable Business Development Executive to join a UK award winning large format and reprographics specialist located in the Derby area to manage business relationships across the East Midlands territory. Reporting directly into the Sales Director the main duties of the role include:
*Researching and identifying potential business clients within the East Midlands area
*Making initial contact and identifying key decision makers within the business
*Maintaining proactive telephone contact and keeping an accurate record of contract
*Building relationships with key decision makers and managing own diary of appointments
*Working towards annual sales targets and managing own workload
*Promoting the company's product range by giving sales presentations
*Establishing clients requirements & proposing a solution to meet customers' expectations
*Liaising regularly with the Derby branch regarding sales activity
*Responding to client queries/ complaints & following up with a visit when appropriate
*Maintaining awareness of competitor activity

The Candidate

The successful Business Development Executive must be proactive and have a proven background in developing new business relationships. You must be extremely self-motivated and be presented smartly. The ideal Business Development Executive will have a firm understanding of the signage sector and demonstrate the ability to develop new business relationships.
