Job Title: Customer Account Manager; Logistics Administrator (Foston, Derby)
Salary: £20,000 - £24,000


The Role:
As the Customer Account Manager/Operations Administrator you will join a small well-established sales team and yard staff to be responsible for providing support to the Yard Supervisor and sales team. Based in Foston, Derby main duties will include:

· Providing telephone support for sales department and conducting service calls
· Comprehensive maintenance of CRM programme including unit descriptions, updates, drawings and photographs of stock
· Processing purchase orders, order progression and verification as well as purchase invoice verifications
· Supplier management and relationships and competitive purchasing
· Ordering transport/labour/logistics/subcontractors (wide load notification)
· Filing, systems and process management including processing new orders
· Full office housekeeping and project coordination

The Candidate:
Previous administration experience essential, preferably within the logistics field. The successful Customer Account Manager must be able to demonstrate a professional telephone manner, strong communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels. Computer literacy, including the use of Word, Excel and databases will be needed. Due to location, own transport is essential.
