Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are looking for experienced Sales Negotiators/Telesales Representatives to join an expanding sales team in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. Main duties will involve:
* Responding to incoming enquiries and warm leads generated by marketing campaigns
* Maximising sales by effectively handling customer enquiries and using questioning and negotiating techniques to best match customer requirements
* Delivering quality customer service to ensure customer needs are identified and met
* Ensure all incoming telephone calls are handled in a timely and professional manner to meet and exceed targets
* Meet and exceed set targets for sales and productivity levels

Previous experience within a proven sales/telesales role is essential for this role. The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate excellent listening, communication and negotiation skills. A background in sales/telesales within a B2C or B2B Call Centre environment is needed. This is a permanent full time position with a 42 hour week. Weekend working is involved so flexibility is essential.
