Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Field Sales Rep/Sales Executive to work on a nationwide basis for a market leading, well established company within the insurance/financial services market. Candidates will be working in various locations throughout the Midlands and nationally in order to visit client sites. The role involves working away from home Monday to Friday and overnight stays will be provided as required.

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Field Sales Rep/Sales Executive to work on a nationwide basis for a market leading, well established company within the insurance/financial services market. Candidates will be working in various locations throughout the Midlands and nationally in order to visit client sites. The role involves working away from home Monday to Friday and overnight stays will be provided as required. Candidates should be based in the Midlands area (Nottingham / Birmingham / Northampton / Derby / Tamworth / Wolverhampton / Coventry). Main duties will include:

*Attending site visits and meeting with employees
*Advising customers on products and services
*Selling products and services
*Presenting to customers in the logistics/retail/distribution/transport industry
*Proactively approaching customers and closing the sale
*Travelling throughout the UK
*Building rapport with customers
*Presenting to customer on a 1-to-1 basis
*Conducting up to 15 pitches a day
*Completing paperwork and sending to head office

The successful Field Sales Rep/Sales Executive will be selling insurance and financial products to customers throughout the UK. Full training on product and services will be given, however, candidates must be able to demonstrate previous sales experience and the ability to close the sale on the day. Excellent communication and rapport building skills are essential. There is excellent uncapped earning potential and all appointments are booked by the internal team so no cold calling is involved.

As work is done on a national basis and candidates must be able to work away from home Monday to Friday. A full driving license is essential and must have been held for at least 2 years with a maximum of 6 points.
