Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Hire Desk Controller/Account Manager to look after a busy site office in Eastleigh, Hampshire. Main duties will involve:
* Facilitate sales within the hire desk
* Deal with client enquiries and resolving issues
* Take charge of order process for equipment hire
* Ensure all order receipts, PO generation and order placements are coordinated with delivery of equipment
* Provide guidance and information to customers on equipment and processes
* Advising and demonstration of equipment
* Build customer relationships to retain existing business and maximise sales
* Production of management reports for client and management
* Keeping up to date with equipment

Previous experience within the tool hire/plant hire industry is essential for this role. The successful Hire Controller/Account Manager must be able to demonstrate knowledge of a range to tool hire equipment and the ability to build customer relations. Own transport will be required due to location.
