Our client is an industry leading VIP transportation and logistics management company and they are now seeking an experienced Operations Office Manager to join their growing team.

Operating in 40 countries, they provide services to VIPs including chauffeur ground transport, private air charter and close protection services primarily to attendees and exhibitors for air and trade shows, sporting and corporate events worldwide.

They have a renowned reputation in respect of their dedication to excellence, professionalism and efficiency, meaning they are now recognised as one of the most reliable transport service providers available.


What will you be doing?

Your role will be to manage the busy North London operations office in respect of both UK and Global client bookings. This will include liaison with clients, subcontractors and affiliates, ensuring all bookings are delivered to an exceptional standard.

You will have responsibility for providing contractual support for the Events team in respect of client/supplier/affiliate contracts.

You will also ensure that client invoicing is accurate and you will be tasked with ensuring that you are abreast of all relevant legislation developments impacting on the company.

You will also have personal responsibility for supporting the Managing Director in respect of global travel arrangements and administrative support.

What background will you need to have?

You will need to have a proven track record in operations management and people management ideally in respect of VIP or HNW clients in the hospitality, event or logistics sectors.

You will be experienced in dealing with overseas clients, and ideally you will be multilingual (especially useful if you speak fluent French).

You will thrive in a fast paced environment and will be have proven negotiation skills, strong commercial awareness and you will be an excellent communicator both written and verbal.

What are the rewards?

Basic salary negotiable dependant on experience but anticipated to be between £28,000 and £36,000 plus benefits, pension and expenses.
