The Role
Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for a HR Administrator to support the HR, payroll and training team within a large manufacturing organisation based in Elton. Reporting into the HR Business Partner will duties of the role will include:
*being the first point of call for all internal payroll and recruitment enquiries
*processing starters, leavers, maternity and paternity leave administration
*preparing employment and mortgage references
*issuing contracts of employment
*managing the logistics and facilities for training events
*maintaining the training record
*producing management reports, statistics and trends analysis
*taking notes during meetings
*ad hoc administration duties as required

The Candidate
As a successful HR Administrator application you must be able to demonstrate previous
experience working within a HR department, ideally within a manufacturing, FMCG or engineering organisation. A CIPD qualification would be viewed as highly beneficial. This role will be fast paced and so will suit a quick learner with excellent communication, organisation and team work skills.

Owing to the location of the position a full UK driving licence and own transport will be required.

The Client
Our client is a rapidly expanding manufacturer with the food and beverage industry. This role will be located in the North West but the company has other sites in the UK and Ireland. The HR department is small and close knit so they are looking for a team player to join them and continue to development themselves professionally and the company as a whole.
