Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator/Accounts Services Assistant to provide support to a well established distribution company based near Enfield. Main duties will involve:
* Entering customer orders received via fax, post or email onto the distribution system
* Provide customer service cover and deal with delivery enquiries and handling order entry
* Providing information to customers on timescales and services
* Updating the Export order spreadsheet daily and circulate it to internal departments
* Setting up and checking pricing requests
* Dealing with returns and any query resolutions
* Providing administration support
Previous experience within a customer service and administration role is essential for this position. The successful Customer Services Administrator/Accounts Services Assistant must be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver a professional and accurate service to customers via telephone and email, have Microsoft Software knowledge and work to agreed deadlines.
