Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced IFA Administrator to work for our client based in Fareham, Hampshire. Main duties will involve:

* Answering the telephone
* Opening, logging and scanning the post
* Greeting clients
* Undertaking client valuations and associated fund performance research
* Liaising with providers by telephone/correspondence in relation to new and existing business
* Processing new business (online and by post) and monitoring applications
* Processing amendments to existing plans e.g. fund switches
* New business illustrations and research
* Processing letters of authority and obtaining full information on clients' plans
* Scanning client files
* General correspondence
* Any other duties as requested by directors and manager


Previous administration experience working for an IFA is required. The successful IFA Administrator must be able to demonstrate knowledge within the financial management market and have full/part FPC or CFP, or equivalent. Knowledge of 1st advisor office software would be advantageous.
