The Role

Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to join a worldwide logistics organization based in their Felixstowe office. The main duties of the role include:

*Liaising with other departments in the business to put in place operational procedures for each client and ensure best working practices are in place
*Ensuring invoices meet client requirements and are raised in a timely fashion in line with company policy
*Maintaining strong rapport with clients and ensuring there is synergy throughout other offices nationwide
*Acting as a brand ambassador for the company and finding solutions to clients queries
*Attending client meeting and submitting reports as and when required
* Being self-aware and identifying training needs within yourself


The Candidate

The ideal Customer Service Coordinator must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel including the use of functions pivot tables, v-looks and an understanding how to use Macros. You must be able to demonstrate an interest Logistics/ shipping/ freight forwarding, possess strong communication skills both written and verbal, be a team player and place a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. The successful Customer Services Coordinator must be goal orientated with a focus on deadlines and be a problem solver.
